The opportunity

 

At Teva, we’re shaping the future of consumer health by building a bold new OTC Marketing Hub for Europe — a place where creativity, strategy, and innovation fuel real growth. As the EU Brand Manager Pain, you will take the lead in defining and activating the Pain platform across the region. You’ll partner with global and local teams to uncover growth opportunities, develop breakthrough initiatives, and bring high-impact, consumer-centric campaigns to life. This role offers the chance to influence millions of consumers, elevate one of our most important platforms, and play a key part in writing the next chapter of Teva’s OTC journey.

How you’ll spend your day

 

  • Serve as the central EU point of contact for the Pain portfolio, managing market requests and driving alignment with global strategy.
  • Identify new regional growth opportunities and demand spaces to support ambitious market performance targets.
  • Shape and execute EU Pain strategies — grounded in diagnostics, insight, and collaboration with key markets.
  • Lead development, adaptation, and versioning of brand assets across digital and offline channels, aligned to media needs.
  • Build toolkits and guidelines that empower markets to activate the platform consistently and effectively.
  • Drive creation of e-commerce–ready assets in partnership with sales, optimized for digital platforms and consumer journeys.
  • Support innovation and renovation launches with campaign development, European asset transcreation, and master packaging design.
  • Partner with media teams to ensure strong campaign delivery and share best practices to elevate regional execution.
  • Monitor trends, competitive activity, and performance KPIs across markets, generating insights and recommendations that shape future plans.

 

Willingness to be based in Poland with travel as required across Europe (10–20%)

Your experience and qualifications

 

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Solid Brand Management experience in FMCG or Consumer Healthcare, ideally 5–7 years with exposure to regional or global roles.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-market communication projects from concept through launch.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills — clear, persuasive, and audience-focused.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker able to translate complex data into actionable brand-building plans.
  • Hands-on, self-driven approach with a commitment to high-quality execution.
  • Agile, resilient, and comfortable navigating dynamic, complex environments and ambiguity.
  • Fluent in English.
