Who are we?
Key responsibilities:
The purpose of the role is to develop and leverage digital capabilities and solutions across TEVA to develop and support a customer centric omni-channel experience.
• Manage local Digital Marketing Department
• Develop, implement & monitor customer centric digital experience by developing and leveraging capabilities and solutions
• Develop, implement & monitor digital platforms and tools supportig marketing communication with customer groups accross all channels
• Develop, implement & monitor digital standards (performance tracking, KPIs, data analyses and oth. data metrics) for all aspects of digital transformation
• Influence and support local usage of digital communication channels (e.g. Website, e-Commerce, E-mail) and content (e.g. interactive pieces)
• Collaborate closely with regional digital team, CRM & performance marketing teams to ensure leveraging of company digital technology
• Consult on the design of digital multichannel marketing campaigns and create digital communication plans
Qualifications:
• Several years of digital experience gained in a corporate environment (pharmaceutical company is a huge asset)
• Knowledge of the latest trends in leveraging digital solutions in Commercial environment
• Track record in leading implementation of digital transformation and change management projects
• The use of digital tools, supported by practical experience (Veeva CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud are of great advantage)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, decisive and resilient, changeable & flexible
• Ability to influence others without direct authority
• Team management experience is an asset
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (in Polish & English)
