The opportunity
We’re looking for a Quality Control Technician to join our team in Vilnius. At Teva, you’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team that values precision, initiative, and shared success – where your work truly makes an impact.
This is a fixed-term position until September 2027, covering a temporary replacement (with posibility to extend) – a great opportunity to gain valuable experience within a global pharmaceutical company that values teamwork, purpose, and professional growth.
How you’ll spend your day
- Perform analytical testing of biopharmaceutical products, focusing on cell-based biological activity assays.
- Prepare, update, and maintain documentation related to product testing in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Support the qualification, transfer, and validation of analytical methods in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Assist in the selection, qualification, and implementation of new analytical equipment within the Quality Control laboratory.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Your experience and qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biochemistry, bioengineering, biotechnology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and laboratory data systems.
- Analytical mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, accountable, and committed to ongoing professional development.
- Effective team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
Advantages: - Hands-on experience with cell culture techniques and biological assays.
- Familiarity with GMP standards and regulatory environments.
- Prior experience in a biopharmaceutical or analytical laboratory setting.
