The opportunity

We are currently looking for an In-Process Control Analyst who will join our manufacturing site in Vilnius.

How you’ll spend your day

Testing of biopharmaceutical products (HPLC, spectrophotometric, SDS‑PAGE, qPCR methods)
Preparation, updating, and completion of sample‑testing related documentation
Participation in qualification, transfer, or validation of analytical methods
Selection and introduction of new analytical equipment for In‑Process Control laboratories; Preparation of related documentation

Your experience and qualifications

College or university education in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or a related field
Knowledge of English and Lithuanian languages
Good understanding of MS Office and related software
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
Experience working with hazardous chemicals is an advantage
Experience with chromatographic methods is an advantage
Knowledge of GMP standards is an advantage
Intrinsically motivated, accountable, and committed to professional development
Ability to work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team
Ability to collaborate effectively and work in a rotating shift system (typically 2 shifts)
