The opportunity

We are currently looking for an In-Process Control Analyst who will join our manufacturing site in Vilnius.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Testing of biopharmaceutical products (HPLC, spectrophotometric, SDS‑PAGE, qPCR methods)
  • Preparation, updating, and completion of sample‑testing related documentation
  • Participation in qualification, transfer, or validation of analytical methods
  • Selection and introduction of new analytical equipment for In‑Process Control laboratories; Preparation of related documentation

Your experience and qualifications

  • College or university education in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or a related field
  • Knowledge of English and Lithuanian languages
  • Good understanding of MS Office and related software
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
  • Experience working with hazardous chemicals is an advantage
  • Experience with chromatographic methods is an advantage
  • Knowledge of GMP standards is an advantage
  • Intrinsically motivated, accountable, and committed to professional development
  • Ability to work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work in a rotating shift system (typically 2 shifts)
