Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare accidents, occupational diseases and accidents at work prevention plans, coordinate and monitor the implementation thereof;
  • Develop mandatory occupational safety, environmental, health and fire safety internal regulatory documents, prepare reports for proposals;
  • Coordinate occupational risk assessments;
  • Carry out EHS activities and sobriety prevention in the Company;
  • Control the accident, incident investigation and prevention measures in the preparation;
  • Train staff, certified them and provide methodological support through training programs;
  • Advise managers and employees on EHS ( Environment, work safety, health, fire safety ) issues;
  • Manage the maintenance and implementation of safety programs, compliance plans and incidents;
  • Identify potential safety hazards in operations and reported findings;
  • Determine corrective preventive actions after the incidents, accidents or near misses investigations;

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Higher technical education;
  • Work experience in the field of health, fire and work safety at least 2-3 years;
  • Excellent safety and health, fire and environment knowledge of the local and EU legislations;
  • Safety and health professional certificate for the production activities ( the advantage of working in a pharmaceutical company, Economic activity Section No. 21);
  • Fire safety certificate;
  • English language at least B1 level;
  • Computer literacy - MS Office suite;
  • Analytical thinking, initiative, ability to work independently and in a team;
