The opportunity
We’re looking for an Accounting and Reporting Specialist to support our Baltic operations in Vilnius, playing a key role in financial reporting, payroll review, and statutory compliance. This is a fixed-term position until October 2027, covering a temporary replacement – a great opportunity to gain valuable experience within a global pharmaceutical company that values teamwork, purpose, and professional growth.
How you’ll spend your day
- Reviewing payroll calculations and performing necessary reconciliations,
- Supporting the preparation of CIT and VAT documentation in coordination with other teams,
- Preparing accurate statistical reports for internal and external use,
- Participating in monthly and annual US GAAP and Local GAAP reporting cycles,
- Coordinating and managing inventory and fixed asset counts annually,
- Assisting with the preparation of data for tax, statutory, and compliance audits,
- Reviewing and approving fuel reporting for the Baltic region,
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across finance and compliance functions,
- Supporting the Baltic Accounting Manager with various day-to-day responsibilities.
Your experience and qualifications
- University degree or college in Finance, Economics, Tax, or Accounting,
- Solid knowledge of Lithuanian Business Accounting Standards and payroll taxation,
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting, with hands-on Excel skills,
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken,
- Proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently,
- Motivated to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic, purpose-driven environment,
- Preferred: experience with payroll processing or SAP ERP.
