Your primary responsibility will be to negotiate local prices and contracts and work on consolidation of spend and price lists. As a contact partner, you will build relationships with key suppliers, internal customers and several departments within Teva. It means that you will engage and influence key stakeholders to ensure implementation of prioritized global and regional initiatives. You will collect input from local businesses to get better understanding of their requirements and you will community it to the regional procurement organization.
Additionally you will identify opportunities to consolidate locally managed categories at the regional, cluster and country-wide level. Furthermore, you will ensure realization of the savings targets for the category and countries. You will also have an unique opportunity to develop and maintain knowledge-base of locally managed categories and to work on international projects for process improvements.
You are…
… experienced in indirect procurement, price negotiations, contract negotiations and management (5 years)
… very familiar with P2P best practices, policies and tools
… sensitive to the cultural diversity of a global organization
… experienced in pharmaceutical industry (+5 years preferred)
Do you have…
… a master or bachelor's degree in business, finance or life sciences or related discipline
… strong negotiations and analytical skills, used to work independently
… strong multi-cultural and interpersonal skills including cross-functional teamwork
… effective written and oral communication skills in German and English
… previous experience with Ariba, Financial and ERP systems and reporting solutions
… solid MS office skills (e.g., excel and power point)
… high energy level
