Job Description

  • Support the flawless execution of Medical Affairs programs and strategies in DACH according to agreed KPIs
  • Create and lead work streams for planning, development & execution of projects in response to business needs including cross functional alignment
  • Collaborate with other Medical Affairs colleagues for consistency and alignment across medical groups
  • Manage Phase IV Studies in the DACH region (NIS & ISS)
  • Support the Medical Information team, monitoring the main Inbox and responding to inquiries
  • Write/prepare/review educational material (risk minimization measures for specific products (medicines law), approved by BfArM)
  • Ensure adherence to Teva’s Policies; ensure alignment of national Medical Affairs processes and standards with global guidelines and policies
  • Drive the Medical project dashboard, paying keen attention to product medical plans, finance, budget and project status
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance departments to provide guidance on regulations and processes for support of medical groups in contract management and employment of external vendors
  • §42b Reporting (specific reporting to BfArM for all approval-relevant clinical trial if German sites are participating)
  • Ensure alignment with applicable regulatory requirements according to business needs
  • Secure legal obligations


  • You offer several years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry within Medical Affairs or in a related position
  • Pharmaceutical or medical degree preferable
  • You contribute a thorough understanding of local health care systems / market dynamics
  • You have an expert knowledge of regulatory requirements, policies and SOPs in the German pharmaceutical market
  • You have worked in a matrix organisation and cross-functional teams
  • You offer a good knowledge and experience of Project Management
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluency in Business English and German (verbal and writing)
  • You have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • A thorough knowledge and understanding of the disease area is desirable
