A day in Information Technology

Your primary responsibility will be to plan, organize and facilitate rollout workshops for EU market in our hub in Ulm across all project lifecycle including kickoff, solution preview, scope closure, BRP, UAT, technical go-live and cutover. It means that you will coordinate workshop sessions, review & verify schedule, agenda and communication. You will also check if deliverables expected and workshop targets are met.
 Additionally you will plan, coordinate and execute project cutover plan. You will work closely with Data Leads, OCM and technical teams as well as with our Integration Manager. Furthermore you will work side by side with Regional Business Lead in planning key activities throughout various phase of the projects (solution preview planning and execution, workshops design, BRP planning and coordination, hub planning, business cutover plan, ramp-up and down, black-out period, etc.).
During technical go live – you will cooperate with Release Manager to make sure that all operations run smoothly. Together with the project team you will  identify challenges, set priorities and raise risks to the management.
Last but not least, you will ensure team building and good working relationships between members in order to make sure that projects and initiatives are executed in an open, professional working environment.

 Do you have…
... a university degree in computer science or related field
... at least 10 years of experience in design and deploy global SAP rollouts
… excellent communication skills in English and German both speaking and writing
… ability to manage stakeholders and work in a global matrix environment
... strong influencing and organizational skills as well as executive maturity
