A Day in the Legal Department

As a Senior Manager (d/f/m) Patent Attorney you will be in charge of securing freedom to operate IP strategy from blocking 3rd party patent rights for European in-licensing projects. You will develop IP legal opinion related to 3rd party patents and you will advise Teva’s out-licensing business on global IP issues. It will also be your role to advise clients on patent and related IP topics. Last but not least you will follow Teva Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.  

There will be domestic and international travels required (up to 20% of your working time).

… a detail-oriented person and strong researcher, who can pursues quality in accomplishing tasks  and Identify, collect, and organize data for analysis and decision-making

You have…
… admission to practice as a national or European patent attorney
… an university degree in Chemistry, Biology, Life Science or Pharmacology (MS or PhD will be preferred) 
… 3 years of experience doing pharma/biotech IP work, either in-house or at a law firm
… understanding of factors which influence the development of both brand and generic pharmaceutical products
