A Day in Third Party Operations Quality

Associate Director Third Party Operations Quality (m/f/d) ensures a qualified vendor management system for medical devices, cosmetics and for food supplements supplied by Third Parties (suppliers, CMOs). Among others, its critical to ensure the manufacturing of high quality products, is in accordance with regulatory compliance, internal, local, and international requirements which guarantees the highest degree of safety, efficacy, purity and quality of products supplied to Teva. You will also be responsible to secure and supervise responsibilities of Merckle as Legal Manufacturer/Responsible Person/Distributor for medical devices, cosmetic products and food supplements. You will be responsible for the tasks and responsibilities as safety officer for medical devices according to §30 (4) German medical device law. To have an  data based overview, you will evaluate and assess KPIs in the area of responsibility to monitor the department and initiate corrective actions when needed. 


Location: Ulm (GER), Amsterdam (NL), Zagreb (CRO) or Sofia (BG) - depending on your residence or readiness to relocate

Do you have…


... more than 10 years of experience in he fields of manufacturing, quality control and/or quality assurance in the pharma sector?
...Honours/ Masters Degree preferably in natural science?
...a detailed knowledge of international pharmaceutical and related regulations and guidelines?
...several years of experience in the fields of negotiations with international suppliers and participation in audits and regulatory inspections?
...demonstrated leadership in managing global functional teams in a matrix environment?
...worked in a multi-cultural environment?
