The opportunity

 

Teva Lean Management System (TLMS) is a Teva-wide effort to design, implement, and sustain a lean production system, with an objective to reach world class manufacturing performance across the network.

  • The Global Transformation Leader role is responsible for leading TLMS deployments at a defined scope of sites, including preparing sites for TLMS installations, helping build capabilities across site teams, troubleshooting challenges, and monitoring and measuring success of deployments.
  • The incumbent will be the main point of contact for their site leadership teams, helping their sites understand the LMS approach and value and provide coaching, guidance and implementation support throughout deployment.
  • The role will provide input into the design and refinement of TLMS ecosystems and deployment approach based on deployment feedback.

How you’ll spend your day

 

  • Support TLMS central team on day-to-day cross-site program management
  • Ensure successful installation of TLMS according to operating standards and deployment approach
  • Work closely with site leadership to explain TLMS impact and approach, to troubleshoot issues and engage stakeholders on key decisions
  • Conduct value analysis, planning and training of site leadership team
  • Oversee first installation of ecosystems, delivering full integration between ecosystems, pillars and digital tools
  • Support sites during rollout as needed and ensure full codification of learnings and tools; Provide input into the codification process
  • Provide input to the design and refine efforts based on site feedback; work to ensure consistency with other sites on the deployment approach
  • Track impact and value delivery at install sites
  • Support OpEx Academy by delivering courses (to include lean, leadership, and statistical tools/techniques) of varying difficulty and modes (F2F and virtual) while providing coaching to certification candidates throughout their certification process

Your experience and qualifications

 

  • Bachelor degree in a Technical or Business field with 10+ years of relevant experience; Masters degree a plus
  • Deep understanding and/or experience in lean production systems, process excellence and performance improvement tools, techniques and concepts; Lean and Six Sigma certification (LSS BB) a plus
  • Experience working in pharmaceutical manufacturing or an understanding of pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in coaching, developing and influencing people at various levels of the organization
  • Ability to drive standardization of approach; experience integrating teams
  • Excellent communication skills to enable interactions at various levels in the organization; ability facilitate complex, technical training and workshops
  • Proven capabilities in program management; experience in successfully executing projects 
  • Strong proficiency in Excel analytics and PowerPoint materials geared for senior site audiences
  • Fluency in English required
  • Ability to travel – Up to 80%
