The opportunity

  • Manage and grow sales within assigned territory for ethical products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers including private hospitals, key chain clinics, and healthcare professionals.
  • Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support brand advocacy and market development.
  • Support Sales Lead in coaching team members and driving performance excellence.

How you’ll spend your day

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sales operations including forecasting, reporting, and CRM updates.
  • Contribute to pricing strategy and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Execute promotional activities and ensure alignment with marketing plans.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
  • Develop representatives through coaching in the field, complementing action plans, training programs and ensuring career development process.
  • Planning and executing Teva Corporate Branding activities in market.
  • Work together with supporting functions such as supply chain, commercial quality, and regulatory affairs to ensure achievement of sales objectives for Hong Kong.
  • Develop & maintain excellent communication with external professional contacts, including major customers and appropriate medical and paramedical personnel.
  • Ensure all selling activities comply with all regulations in Hong Kong and company standards.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in science
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong selling skills and product knowledge
  • Good in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good networking with healthcare professionals and others
  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
  • Positive, self-motivated and proactive
  • A self-starter and a hands-on approach
  • Results oriented and entrepreneurial
  • Possess a high level of business ethics, integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to communicate to all functions
