In August 2016 Actavis has been acquired by Teva Pharmaceutical. In Bulgaria we are the largest employer in the pharmaceutical industry with near 1700 employees in the two manufacturing plants (Dupnitsa and Troyan); sales and marketing organization and in a number of global corporate functions based in our country. We are looking for a motivated and solution-oriented candidate for the position of Associate Director Supply Chain, based in Troyan.

About the position:


This role requires organization, management and control of the whole process of production planning, detailed manufacturing schedule, materials delivery plan, release and finished goods dispatch plan, artwork design of all packaging materials. In addition, this role requires experience in SAP environment & will take the overall responsibility of new products introduction in Troyan.

Main responsibilities:


•    Responsible for monthly & quarterly production plans preparation, controls timely execution of the plans in line with customers needs 
•    Controls the monthly inventory levels & incoming materials according to the site limits 
•    Organization and control of the monthly plan for finished goods dispatch to achieve on time confirmation and delivery to the markets 
•    Organization and control of up to date artwork status for all pack materials
•    Responsible for preparation and control of production, inventory and write offs budget
•    Creates and control the whole master data in all company systems to be up to date
•    Responsible to achieve all site KPIs, related to supply chain, quality, EHS&S and finance
•    Organization, management and control of all warehouse activities, such as materials delivery, internal logistic and dispatches of finished products, incl narcotics
•    Identifies recruits, develops and retains qualified professionals to provide adequate support to the site
•    Implements managerial practices to ensure a high performing team, modeling Teva values, compliance  and leadership framework
•    Brings global best practices into the site and actively shares site perspective, knowledge and lessons learned to contribute and support a best-in-class professional level 
•    Act as an active member to the site leadership team

Main requirements:


•    Higher education Master’s degree
•    5+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain 
•    Advanced knowledge in production and packaging processes and technologies
•    Experience with ERP system
•    Basic knowledge of regulatory (GXP, EHS&S)
•    Strategic thinking and good business acumen
•    Strong leadership and negotiation skills
•    Ability to drive change and support continuous improvement
•    Proficiency in Bulgarian and English
