Job Description

We are currently seeking a Product Manager – OTC Marketing for a Fourteen (14) month contract period. 

This role will be responsible for supporting Teva’s Over-the-counter (OTC) products (Teva and Private Label) portfolio in Canada.  Working with other internal departments and external stakeholders to launch new products, optimize existing portfolio and foster partnerships. 

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the flawless execution of customer facing marketing & sales strategies  
  • Analyze, monitor and enhance portfolio performance using IQVIA, Neilson and other data sources            
  • Prepare communications for new product launches, discontinuations and other product updates for field sales, customers and other stakeholders              
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders with project initiation, artwork, specifications and GS1 setup.
  • Support product lifecycle management activities by providing valuable insights from market, data analyses and customers 
  • Collaborate with the broader commercial team to enhance portfolio performance

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in science, health sciences or finance/business
  • 2 years + of successful & relevant experience in the Canadian Consumer Healthcare (CHC)/Over-the-Counter (OTC) industry. Preferred: 3+ years of successful & relevant experience in OTC industry
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially advanced Excel
  • Practical experience with financial analysis, trending and market forecasts
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Over-the-Counter (OTC) product lifecycle.
  • Canadian OTC sales & marketing strategies including e-commerce
  • French oral and written communication skills would be an asset
