Job Description

Master Data Analyst - 16 month contract
Scarborough, Ontario 


We are currently seeking a Master Data Analyst to join our team on a contractual basis.  

This candidate will take a leading responsibly for ERP master data updates, including but not limited to recipes/formulas, item creation and other applicable ERP/SAP updates.  This role plays a key part in ensuring that recipes and formulas are processed in-line with MBR and MPO updates to ensure business continuity.  They are accountable for co-ordination of all recipe and formula activities including issuing and tracking of approvals.  Other system responsibilities and accountabilities include select item master updates, troubleshooting all system issues, creating and running data loaders and code generations (as required).  The scope of this role spans across two ERP systems and is accountable for accuracy within systems relative to approved change requests.      


  • College Diploma in related Field; University degree in related Business or IT preferred  (experience in lieu of formal education may be considered          
  • 5+ years’ experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical industry preferred); 5 + years’ experience in Project Management preferred.
  • Capabilities to manage people and processes across multiple sites with high levels of complexity
  • 5+ Years experience working directly with Master Data within SAP and Oracle (ERP Systems), inclusive of data loaders and all Master Data elements.
  • Strong leadership abilities and ability to work with short timelines
  • Strong IT skills.  Experience in launching and support of new electronic systems would be an asset.
