Job Description

 Behave as a virtual operating site head against outsoourced products related CMOs (we have approx 50 CMOs and devided them to two groups) leading 1 of SRT out of 2 which consists of dedicated functional representatives.
 Define and shape supplier strategy and relationships through account plans, targets and projects in collaboration with CMOs and functional managers.
 Proactively manage and improve CMO performance, serve as 1st point of escalation if issues cannot be resolved by functional team members.
 Drive TPO E2E total cost reduction and set clear goals on standard COGs.


'- 5+ years of experience in contract manufacturer management, project management or similar work experience
- Project Management Experience required
Proven executive-level communication and relationship skills

'- Bacis knowledge of reluratory requirement on pharmaceutical industry in Japan
- Proven executive-level communication and relationship skills
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Strong negotiation and issue resolution skills
- Highly organized and detailed oriented
- Capable in translating business directions into successful supplier strategies to support the end result.



'- Ideally experienced in Pharmacy and Healthcare Industry
- ERP tool (SAP, Manujistics etc.) implementation project

'- Excellent understanding of the marketplace and industry best practices
- Purchasing technology
- MRP-II, ERP methodology

【Educational background】



Pharmasist, Chemicals, Industrial engineering preferred
MBA in all also preferred
