The opportunity
This is a multifaceted role that is Instrumental to the execution of our strategic roadmap and to build and accelerate two core capabilities: Strategic Workforce Planning and Analytics.
The incumbent will act as TMO to the HRLT, while personally owning the successful implementation of Strategic Workforce Planning and People Analytics. The position sits in the Global HRLT.
How you’ll spend your day
- Guide the HR Transformation: we are on a journey to build a world class HR organisation, and this role will be responsible to run the HR Transformation Office, ensure all workstreams are on track, and coach squad leaders and sponsors in their delivery.
- Implement Strategic Workforce Planning: leads the design and implementation of workforce planning effort, including process, technology, and change management. Outcomes will be improved Cost of Labour accuracy (+/-0.5%), reduced time-to-hire, and improved retention rates. Additionally, will look into workforce demographics, turnover trends, and skills gaps that will inform strategic hiring and talent development initiatives.
- Shape a Data-Driven Culture: build the team and craft the analytics agenda and capability. Develop and leverage HR metrics and analytics to assess workforce performance, engagement, and productivity. Utilize data to drive decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement across all functions. Responsible for benchmarking and Org Effectiveness. Guardian of our reporting framework and custodian of performance metrics and definitions.
- Lead Change Successfully: must lead for each one of the above organizational change initiatives with minimal disruption and high employee/business acceptance.
- Compliance and Risk Management: ensure that everything that we do in this space is compliant with employment laws and regulations and manage HR-related risks effectively.
Your experience and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a focus on strategy, workforce planning, and analytics.
- Proven track record of driving organizational change and implementing data-driven HR practices.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- A glass half full, low ego, fun to be with person with a passion to learn
