The Opportunity:
Reporting to the SVP WW Finance Strategy and Operations, VP FP&A & Finance Business Partnership, Global Functions will lead Teva’s enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis function for global support functions (Legal, IT, HR, Finance), ensuring accurate forecasting, strategic decision support, and performance reporting across all global business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Planning & Forecasting
- Lead and liaise with all areas of the business to complete enterprise-wide budgeting and forecasting processes (Rolling Forecast / QBU / WT / AOP / LRP).
- Contribute to the completion of the enterprise-wide planning cycle for the entire company.
Management Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare consolidated management reporting and analysis for CEO, CFO, and Executive Management.
- Report total corporate functions, regional segments, and business unit actuals and forecasts.
Business Strategy & Decision Support
- Support key business and investment decisions with strong skills in scoping customer requirements; analyzing issues; developing options; enabling decision-making based on strategic business needs (at consolidated levels).
Business Performance Management
- Analyze and drive financial performance and business activity.
- Deliver and communicate performance and business planning submissions/reporting.
Systems & Tools Management
- Ensure financial and management data collection tools operate effectively and efficiently.
- Constantly strive for digital enhancements in current financials tools , accelerate timelines and proactively drive for automation .
Experience & Qualification:
Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
Education/Certification/Experience:
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- CPA or CFA certification preferred.
- Experience in a multinational, matrixed organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Key Capabilities:
- Deep knowledge of financial modeling, scenario planning, and variance analysis.
- Experience with enterprise performance management (EPM) tools such as Hyperion, Anaplan, or SAP BPC.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of investor relations and external reporting requirements.
- Strong storytelling ability to communicate financial insights to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Ability to manage large-scale change and drive cultural alignment across regions.
- Possesses strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, processes, timelines, and expectations across stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability to process complex information and summarize it in writing and / or verbally; employs active listening skills.
- Strong strategic agility, broad perspective, business and financial acumen, with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills, proven attention to detail & ability to lead and balance multiple simultaneous projects while delivering on timely outcomes.
- Proven project management skills, adapts to new projects rapidly and effectively drives implementation.
