Job Description


  • Lead the newly established analytics domain, focusing  on Compensation processes and information
  • Focal point for TR, HR and additional stakeholders with respect to compensation information and processes
  • Support, implement and optimize TEVA's Total Rewards programs in International Markets business units


  • In this role, the individual will:
  • Support Total Rewards programs in International Markets business units
  • Partner with Global Total Rewards as well as being attentive to local needs and practices
  • Monitor external market trends to ensure the company’s compensation practices are relevant and effectively attracting and retaining talent
  • Conduct ongoing analytical review, provide data driven TR related insights 
  • Drive E2E annual performance & rewards cycle for the region (preparation, guidelines, communication, execution/tools, governance & controls, analysis)
  • Work in close partnership with International Markets HR managers, Talent acquisition and business leaders and serve as focal point for queries and ongoing Total Rewards items.


  • 3-5 years of experience in C&B domains
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Economy, Statistics, Human Resources or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Strong organizational skills and stakeholders' management


  • Strong quantitative analytic capabilities, ability and willingness to go into details and learn complex new materials
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew 
  • Proficiency in Office with focus on excel 
  • Excellent Collaboration, influencing and interpersonal skills — the ability to develop effective working relationships with a diverse and global team and positively impact team’s performance through partnership
  • Excellence in execution—  the ability to resolve complex issues and complete multiple tasks within agreed timelines
