The TA Strategy & Innovation Director is responsible for leading the implementation of talent acquisition strategy that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Responsible to deliver TA projects, manage resources, systems, and budget. This also includes optimization, management & implementation of our global TA working processes & measurements.
In addition, this function holds full responsibility for Talent Acquisition Operations, including the end-to-end TA infrastructure, technology ecosystem, operational excellence, and the leadership and development of the TA global operations team.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Facilitate the development and ongoing refinement of the Talent Acquisition strategy by gathering cross‑functional insights and ensuring alignment with the organization’s business and people strategies.
- Create a detailed TA strategy execution plan, determine resources, establish a communication plan and timelines.
- Lead constant improvement as well as new advanced innovative solutions and ongoing new initiatives that will support the TA strategy & the business growth.
- Execute strategy according to the annual plan, , monitor the progress, and make adjustments & mitigation plan as necessary to assure successful completion.
- Ensure that all projects and initiatives are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and set a risk mitigation plan.
- Assure KPI’s are in alignment with TA goals, manage governance and routines with the team and different TA stakeholders.
- Lead global talent acquisition operations team; focus on team's development and excel through encouragement and empowerment.
Your Skills and Experience
- Experience in Talent Acquisition in global environment, with strong knowledge of best practices, emerging trends, and relevant technologies.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing Talent Acquisition teams and functions, with responsibility for strategic direction, team capability building, operational excellence, and creating an inclusive, high‑performance culture.
- Track record of implementing new Talent Acquisition tools and systems, including managing rollout, stakeholder adoption, training, and continuous improvement. Demonstrated ability to lead effective change management initiatives across diverse teams.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation (Out of the box thinking) and excellence.
- Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), tc.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and data‑driven technologies to modernize Talent Acquisition processes, improve decision‑making, and drive scalable, compliant, and ethical recruitment practices.
- Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Being able to lead without authority.
