Job Description

The Supply Chain Transformation Finance Director will act as a business partner to the Global Supply Chain organization and will be responsible for supporting the supply chain transformation program including:

development of financial forecasting and reporting models, development and implementation of financial programs and business processes that guide the organization to improve profitability and competitive position.

Roles & Responsibilities

•Finance business partner to the supply chain transformation office
•Support the Financial forecasting and reporting processes (LRP, AOP, Close)
•Prepares, analyzes and delivers management reporting
•Use solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models, interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and influence relevant leaders
•Build strong relationships across functions within the company, work closely with various functions (Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Supply Chain, Commercial and Operational Finance  etc.) as lead contact on behalf of the supply chain organization
•Involvement in other ad hoc projects as necessary

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Accounting. MBA advantage
•7+ years professional finance experience in the areas of supply chain
•Strong Communication and partnering skills
•Strong analytical skills, attention to details and bias for action
•Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, SAP, Hyperion- an advantage
