Job Description
Part of Global Total Rewards CoE function responsible for designing, managing and administrating global Rewards programs in Teva
- Administering all aspects of the company’s equity plan (including grants, exercises, forfeitures, blackout, vesting events etc.)
- Full accountability to ensure flawless end to end equity transactions for employees, including taxation and other fees
- Govern the various equity plans to ensure compliance with legal regulations and tax requirements
- Maintaining the integrity of equity data on equity administration platform
- Design, set, and align global equity-related procedures
- Assist with public reporting according to ASC718 Stock-based compensation
- Partner and work closely with various Finance and Legal teams
- Assistance in implementation of equity plans in new locations and understanding tax and statutory requirements
- Ensure SOX compliance with respect to reporting and documentation
- Designated focal point to provide advice and counsel to HR community – consolidating the best of corporate guidelines, global practices and the external market
- Manages and works in close relationship external vendors to achieve maximum efficiency and return on investment
- Support with any required analysis or exercise, which involves Rewards aspects
Qualifications
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Mastering the stock administration area of expertise
- Previous familiarity with equity program design, as well as current and future trends
- Understanding the global arena and main players: system, vendors, brokers and consultants
- Ability to run global and complex programs and process, working in partnership with many different stakeholders, including finance, legal, compliance
- Strong quantitative analytic capabilities, ability and willingness to go into details and learn complex new material
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Office Suite with focus on excel
- Excellent Collaboration, influencing and interpersonal skills — the ability to develop effective working relationships with a diverse and global team and positively impact team’s performance through partnership
- Excellence in execution— the ability to resolve complex issues and complete multiple tasks within agreed timelines
- Creativity and change adaptability—the ability to evolve, innovate and drive change among various stakeholders
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Economy, Statistics, Human Resources or related field
- 8+ years’ experience in stock administration and/or other equity based related programs
- Experience in working with financial concepts (P&L, cost centre management, accruals)
- Experience in project management and major initiatives implementation in collaboration with numerous stakeholders
- Experience in big global/multinational pharma companies
