Job Description

Corporate counsel providing legal support to the HR and communication division; corporate matters including executive officers compensation, HR policies, stock administration, ESG issues, approving communications internally and externally, commercial contracts with consultants and other corporate affairs. The counsel will report to an executive counsel in the corporate group. Role includes regular interaction and counsel for global HR and communication teams; providing advice on corporate issues, drafting agreement and holding negotiations, interaction with outside counsel in U.S. and other territories.



  • 2-3 years minimum top tier legal experience. Preferably at a global law firm or other intensive corporate experience
  • ability to work with global teams in the U.S. and other territories
  • high level English- speaking and writing
