Job Description

Primary purpose and function of this position
The main role of the Sr. Dir. MarTech and e-commerce platforms lead is to provide leadership, strategy and direction of the Teva’s Digital marketing, e-commerce and Omni-channel platforms. This senior position will be the essential bridge between the business and the IT in this area. On one hand this position will enable the relevant business units in executing their marketing, e-commerce and other related digital initiatives and on the other hand will make sure that the IT has the most appropriate, advanced, stable and agile platforms to do so. 


Major duties and responsibilities:
•    Set the strategy for the MarTech, e-commerce, Omni-channel and other related digital platforms
•    Show strong leadership through the development and communication of the strategy, understanding the possible impact on the various stakeholders and team members. 
•    Own Teva existing platforms in this area, evaluate their suitability for purpose and set the roadmap of their advancement while making sure they are effectively used
•    Based on deep understanding and on tight collaboration both with business and IT leads, define the missing platforms, integrations and tools that will enable Teva to execute its digital marketing, e-commerce and Omni-channel strategy, focusing on agility, speed, time to market, etc.
•    Successfully navigate and balance between various requirements and expectations while meeting the goals
•    Present, explain and defend your position and decisions to senior and executive leadership
•    Own the architecture of the current and future platforms, working closely with Enterprise architects, infrastructure and IT security experts to properly define and maintain the architecture.
•    Plan and set any delivery of new capabilities or required maintenance activities on the platforms in collaboration with the Digital delivery unit software engineers, The IT commercial stakeholder management units across all regions (US, EU, IM) and the relevant digital marketing business stakeholders
•    Work closely with the digital marketing and other relevant business units to understand their roadmap and plan ahead the required IT actions to meet and deliver on time.
•    Understand the challenges the business has with delivering its strategy and provide guidance on the efficient and proper use of the relevant platforms. 
•    Make sure that the provided solutions, platforms and changes are in-line with IT standards
•    Collaborate and innovate by providing new ways to accelerate and enhance Teva digital marketing and e-commerce strategy
•    Integrate MarTech, e-commerce and Omni-channel technologies with advanced data science and AI/ML solutions to enhance channel performance and effectiveness
•    While initially this position is for senior individual contributor, it is expected that the candidate will be requested to manage a team at a later stage.

Qualifications


Education and Knowledge Requirements
•    BSC in Computer Science or related discipline or 15+ years of relevant IT experience. MSC/MBA a plus. Additional business degree – a plus.
•    10+ years of proven experience working in Paid media, CRM, Digital and Marketing technologies, e-commerce platforms. 
•    8+ years of experience in large sized global Pharmaceutical, successfully delivering customer-driven marketing or sales strategies.
•    Deep understanding and technical experience delivering MarTech, e-commerce and Omni-channel platforms. Experience with SFMC – must. Other marketing automation platforms – plus.  Experience with SF commerce, SAP Hybris or other major B2B commerce platform – a plus
•    Experience with various related technologies – DAM, CMS, PIM, Web analytics and various channel technologies: SMS, e-mail, chat, IM, Social Media, virtual assistance/bots
•    Experience in creating clear, detailed and concise user stories
•    Experience in advances analytics and AI solutions in relation to marketing and e-commerce automations
•    Experience in template delivery approach
