Job Description

Primary purpose and function of this position

  • Accountable for E2E IT Delivery, projects and day to day activities of Global FP&A and Operations Financial Control.
  • Accountable for the stakeholder management and business relationships, implement IT strategy in the relevant areas, accountable for local applications E2E for FP&A and Teva Global Operations Finance units.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Trusted partner to Teva Global FP&A and TGO Finance Members and senior leaders.
  • Enabling the FP&A and TGO Finance to provide improved Financial Insights to optimize business decisions across Teva.
  • Streamlining the Financial Planning & Analytics globally
  • Member of the Corporate Function IT Leadership team.
  • Accountable for managing, planning and executing the FP&A and TGO Finance - IT strategy in alignment with the global IT strategy and supported Business unit strategy
  • Provide leadership to the IT unit leaders and employees
  • Accountability for IT projects and day to day IT services and activities in the respective area including budget, resources, vendor management and execution in time and quality to meet the business needs
  • Ensure adherence and compliance to standardized methods, tools, procedures and policies established by the global and corporate teams Education and Knowledge Requirements

Qualifications

Education and Knowledge Requirements

  • Financial background
  • Years of progressive work experience in financial planning and analysis, reporting, process management, data modeling
  • Experience in Product Costing and Inventory Valuation Methods in accordance with active inventory policies
  • Vast and diversified experience in Corporate FP&A and a strong level of budgeting and forecasting as well as with rolling forecast modelling
  • Proven Financial control background in areas of Financial Planning, Analytics and Product Costing
  • Project management experience and the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Passion for Data, BI and analytics to drive business value
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables and competing priorities
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience defining business requirements, with the ability to develop rapid prototypes and proofs-of-concept to test the effectiveness of said requirements and accelerate time to production
  • Leading and mentoring of teams & leaders
  • Experience in managing project planning, methodology and budget
  • Understanding of Pharmaceutical business processes and solutions (advantage)
