The opportunity

In this role you will be leading our Talent Management activities and processes for International Markets (IM) Commercial.  
You will partner with the regional HR team and the Global Talent Management members to ensure effective liaising and to create innovative talent management solutions that meet the challenges of our diverse needs. You will be part of a connected regional HR leadership team as well as a global talent management team in which you will be able to work with colleagues, sharing and gaining insights to drive the building of better solutions. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work on talent management initiatives that will impact across the International Markets business.
This role is reporting directly to IM HR Business Partner and Indirect (Dotted-Line) Reporting to Global Talent Management Lead.

How you will spend your day?

  • Managing IM talent management processes, including EVP implementation, org health survey action plans, succession planning, L&D initiatives, etc
  • Supporting BU specific needs (e.g. transformation, culture) using OD expertise & creating relevant solutions (based on corporate solutions if available)
  • Aligning global, regional and local talent management solutions to integrate (where needed) employee learning, leadership development & commercial professional learning
  • Designing, developing & implementing unique Business Unit unique talent management programs, in alignment with the global organization
  • Acting as an influential partner within the talent management team, influencing decision making and playing an active role in promoting regional IM needs
  • Building an annual talent management plan and budget, based on a structured needs analysis  
     

Necessary / Required experience and qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the talent management field for a global company
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, high-impact, talent management solutions  
  • Experience in group facilitation, coaching and leading teams /organizations in performance enhancement strategies  
  • Experience in change management, culture assimilation, leadership development, and succession planning
  • Strong project management skills  
  • Strong knowledge and experience in learning and development, building various learning solutions such as on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring
