Job Description

The role consists of a PA and administrative support to the 4 International markets VP's and their teams, combined with local and global admin support, responsibility for the establishment and maintenance of the team's Data Share-points, as well as occasional projects administration. The daily interaction with our colleagues abroad and the dynamic nature of this growing field make this role interesting, challenging and an opportunity to take an important part in the development of a new growth engine for Teva.

  • General administrative support to our IL based team (traveling, logistics, SAP expense reports, calendars, HR & finance reports, meetings coordination)
  • General administrative support for VPs- IM Marketing (based in Switzerland), Portfolio, legal and HR (based in ISR)
  • Organize routine face to face meetings and team building events, preparation, presentations and logistics
  • Support the coordination of small and large meetings with internal and external business partners
  • Routine team meetings coordination, meeting minutes preparation and action items execution follow-up (Team core management, Project forum)
  • Preparation and consolidation of Monthly report, Bio Leadership Team meetings presentations, various management presentations support for AOP and LRP preparations
  • Supporting team building events and working processes improvement initiative
  • Provide Logistics support to overseas guests and visiting stakeholders
  • Data SharePoints administration (establishment, maintenance and development) 
  • SAP procurement activities – requisitions, POs and payments/budget control
  • Ad-Hoc support as required


  • At least 5 years of experience in administrative support role for senior executives
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and work with changing priorities
  • Advanced skills in Ms Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook)
  • Must be able to maintain highest level of confidentiality, integrity and discretion
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English and Hebrew (written and verbal)
  • Detail oriented, multicultural
  • B.Sc. degree in Life-Sciences, Chemistry or similar fields - an advantage
