Role Summary

The Network Execution Lead at Teva Global Operations (TGO) is entrusted with one of the most critical leadership responsibilities within the company. Tasked with planning and executing part of the Global Network and Product Strategy, this role serves as both an architect and a steward for Teva’s long-term operational success. Reporting to the Network Transformation Lead, the Network Execution Lead plays a pivotal part in planning and managing complex technical project portfolio across the global operations. As well building the best-in-industry Technical Project Capability, guaranteeing the on-time and first-time- right delivery of the Network Transformation.

The Network Execution Lead works in close partnership with leaders across Operations, Portfolio, and other key functional areas, fostering alignment that ensures the end-to-end execution of the multiple year Network Transformation. By translating strategies into actionable plans, executed in time, within budget and capturing the full value potential, while maintaining the customer service levels. Anticipating on market shifts and operational challenges, and translate these into actionable mitigation strategies, and drive collective ownership of results.

Scope Of Impact

  • The Network Execution Lead is responsible for the development and implementation of the network transformation plan for a segment cluster.
  • Has a global scope across Teva manufacturing, technical operations, and supply chain, integrating network design, site transitions, and dual-source resiliency for innovative growth engines.
  • Create end-to-end visibility, analytics, and performance management enabling plan, forecast, actual transparency and intervention.
  • Manage ~50 colleagues indirectly across sites in several regions.

Location & Travel

  • This position can be based from any Teva TGO site across Europe.
  • Regular global travel to sites and regional hubs (estimate 25–35%).

How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Support the Cluster Lead in delivering the Network Transformation Program aligned with financial targets and company strategy.
  • Translate strategy into executable, sequenced Network Execution Plans (NEPs) at product and site level, optimizing resource planning, risk, and impact acceleration.
  • Run unconstrained and constrained NEP reviews, critical-path management, and micro-step near-term plans to de-risk execution.
  • Maintain proactive risk register across schedule, regulatory, technical feasibility, and financial exposure; implement mitigations and contingency triggers.
  • Support sites and functions in the development of plans by providing clear communication of network strategy, portfolio requirements, and network transformation assumptions.
  • Identify capacity and capability constraints, defining resolutions and maintaining master planning at site level.
  • Oversee product transfers, volume consolidation, and capability moves, ensuring right-first-time regulatory and quality outcomes.
  • Drive value tracking using a Finance Digital Twin linked to NEP scenarios and actuals to quantify COGS, cash, and P&L impact; integrate with portfolio governance.
  • De-risk critical operations and drive sustained value creation. Through rigorous assessment and collaboration with Finance and Operations leaders. Proactively resolving cross-functional and cross-site issues and risks.
  • Establish a high-performance culture of transparency, accountability, and proactive problem solving across sites and functions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, engaging global, segment, and site functions to identify key initiatives and capabilities required for successful network transformation execution.
  • Drive the governance framework that supports disciplined decision making, execution, and maximizes return on invested resources.
  • Championing initiatives that drive efficiency and acceleration of transformation projects across the network.
  • Support building cross functional capabilities that allow Teva to excel in Network Transformation and Technical Project Execution
  • Lead with HR partners change management and organization readiness to sustain new ways of working and operating standards.

Your Skills and Experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and or  Operations, with at least 10 years in a leadership role in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Honors or master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced understanding of diverse manufacturing technologies, including sterile, solid, and complex manufacturing.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale operations and leading cross-functional teams with a strong track record of business results.
  • Experience in a large, complex matrixed environment with global processes and governance structures.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of performance standards and best practices in highly regulated environments, including compliance with FDA and other global regulatory agencies, ensuring quality, safety, and operational excellence across all manufacturing processes.
