The M365 Solution Architect is responsible for leading the architecture, governance, and technical ownership of Microsoft 365 services across the enterprise. The role ensures that the M365 ecosystem—covering applications, automations, security, and collaboration capabilities—is designed, deployed, and governed in alignment with organizational standards, Evergreen readiness, compliance requirements, and the Digital COE roadmap.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
. Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Lead architecture for core M365 services including ,SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive Viva, Planner, Whiteboard, Power Platform, and related digital productivity tools.
- Maintain ownership of the M365 roadmap, technical standards, and platform evolution.
- Evaluate new features and releases as part of Evergreen processes and ensure stable adoption.
- Define solution patterns, integration standards, and technical guardrails.
2. Governance, Security & Compliance
- Ensure M365 services conform to governance policies, including Purview, DLP, and security requirements.
- Support compliance processes by partnering with governance owners and legal, privacy, and cybersecurity stakeholders.
- Oversee and guide change control activities across the M365 suite.
3. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the technical counterpart to Digital COE product teams, Power Platform teams, and ITOA operations.
- Provide architectural oversight to technical delivery teams building Teva‑specific components within M365.
- Act as the ongoing technical contact for updates, changes, and cross‑team coordination.
4. Operational Excellence & Support
- Support Evergreen deployment, test tenant operations, monitoring, and early adopter cycles.
- Partner with operations teams on incident escalations and complex troubleshooting.
- Contribute to license considerations and optimize usage across the environment.
Your Skills and Experience
Technical Skills
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 architecture, configuration, and lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform environment strategy, Dataverse policies, and managed environments.
- Experience with Purview, DLP, and M365 security and compliance tooling.
- Familiarity with operations tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and test tenant practices.

- Experience collaborating with product teams, operations, and governance functions.
