We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning Lead to drive the learning initiatives within our R&D organization. As R&D Learning Lead you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our R&D team members.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

As a Learning Lead you will:

  • Develop and execute learning plans aligned with the R&D organization's goals.
  • Identify learning and training needs through consultations with R&D HR, managers and employees.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and sessions, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and impactful.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant and impactful learning content.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, emerging practices, and benchmark data to support learning strategies and content development.
  • Provide operational support for learning initiatives by coordinating logistics, tracking participation, and assessing program effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and monitor training outcomes and progress, using feedback and data to recommend improvements and adjustments to enhance effectiveness.

Your Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. A master's degree is preferred.  
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development Roles within global organization- mandatory.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, impactful content and engage effectively with teams at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to assess challenges and continuously improve development processes and programs.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
