Job Description

Corporate counsel providing legal support to the finance division and risk management team; corporate matters including all SEC and TASE related financial reporting, annual shareholders meeting; legal issues surrounding investor relations and executive officer reporting requirements; other corporate matters including providing legal support to Board of Directors.

Role includes regular interaction and counsel for global finance and accounting teams, IR team, HR stock administration and Risk Management team;

Qualifications

·         2-5 years minimum top tier legal experience. Preferably at a global law firm or other intensive corporate experience

·         knowledge and background in U.S. securities laws and Israel Companies Law [an advantage]

·         Excellent drafting and general proficiency in English and highly functional Hebrew required
