Who we are
The opportunity
Teva Global Operations (TGO) Group Controller leads TGO's business planning reporting and analysis and costing center of excellence activities in Teva. Provides analytical insights to enable TGO to enhance its efficiencies and level of competitiveness. He/she will perform a variety of financial activities, including: develop and evaluate financial plans, perform financial analysis, and develop financial models to support business decisions. This role will interface with TGO Finance, TGO leadership Team as well as corporate finance.
How you’ll spend your day
- Consolidate and explain TGO consolidated financial results for actuals, forecasts and annual operating plan.
- Ensure alignment of TGO's financial reporting with Corporate FP&A. Acts as the key point of contact to Corporate FP&A.
- Design, continuously improve, lead and manage TGO's annual planning and quarterly forecasting cycles. Provides process and content guidance to TGO units and sites. Ensure adherence to timelines and guidelines.
- Lead and manage TGO long-range planning financial process.
- Lead Teva product costing center of excellence. Develop and implement methodologies and tools for costing across the TGO network to continuously improve product costing accuracy and understanding across Teva. Manage annual costing cycle as well as on-going costing needs during the year.
- Fully consolidate and explain Teva's cost of goods manufactured, covering material cost and productions expenses. Be a key player together with other functions in analysis.
- Manage TGO balance sheet and cash flow items focusing on working capital
- Supervise and oversee the group’s inventory and cost of goods sold journal entries
- Makes TGO's financial drivers transparent and provides insightful financial analyses by mining and interpreting financial data. Continuously improves TGO's financial reporting.
- Provide financial support for TGO's strategic initiatives, including: network optimization, product strategy, and development of TGO key performance indicators.
- Build and lead professional Community leader across TGO
Your experience and qualifications
- At least 10-years of financial management experience
- Capability to manage complex, cross-company processes
- Demonstrated leadership skills leading teams and influencing stakeholders globally
- Excellent interpersonal skills, decisive and resilient
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
- Changeable and flexible.
- Thrive while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Able to handle pressure/deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. MBA preferred
