Our Team, Your Impact

Teva is looking for a senior leader to define and drive the strategy of its Innovative Medicines business across International Markets, a key pillar of our Pivot to Growth ambition.

This role is accountable for building a strong, future-ready portfolio- maximizing Teva’s pipeline while expanding it through strategic business development and clear prioritization.

At the core of Teva’s growth engine, you will shape the pipeline, accelerate launch excellence, and drive long-term value and competitiveness across diverse markets.

Acting as a strategic integrator, you will align global and regional teams across Commercial, Medical, Access, Pricing, Analytics, and R&D to ensure focused execution, smart resource allocation, and data-driven decisions.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

As Head of Innovative Medicines - International Markets, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, portfolio, and execution, acting as the integrator across global and regional functions.

You will:

• Shape the future portfolio: Lead the strategy for Innovative Medicines across International Markets- defining priorities across pipeline, in-line assets, and business development.
• Drive growth through smart investments: Own pipeline shaping and business development strategy, evaluating external opportunities and guiding investment decisions at leadership level.
• Deliver launch excellence: Build and embed best-in-class launch capabilities, from early planning through execution, ensuring consistent, scalable success across markets.
• Lead cross-functional orchestration: Align Commercial, Medical, Access, Pricing, Analytics, and Global teams to drive integrated, high-impact execution.
• Embed data-driven decision making: Translate insights into actionable strategies, ensuring optimal resource allocation and market responsiveness.
• Build and inspire high-performing teams: Develop world-class capabilities across regions while fostering an agile, collaborative, and performance-driven culture

 

Your Skills and Experience

• You are a proven, influential leader with a strong track record in innovative medicines across international markets.
• Senior leadership experience in Innovative Medicines, including portfolio strategy, pipeline development, and business development
• Demonstrated success in launching innovative therapies and driving commercial performance
• Deep expertise in market access, pricing, and reimbursement landscapes globally
• Experience navigating complex, matrix global organizations
• Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align global and local teams
• Deep understanding of international healthcare ecosystems and market dynamics
• Track record in driving transformation, innovation, and organizational change
• Commitment to building agile, learning-focused organizations
