Our Team, Your Impact

Teva Global Operations (TGO) is looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to join its global HR team on a temporary basis (6–8 months), covering a maternity leave, starting July 2026.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing global HR programs and projects across a large, complex, international organization. You will play a key role in ensuring initiatives are well planned, progress is tracked against clear KPIs, risks are identified early, and execution stays on track.You will work closely with HR Business Partners, senior leaders, and Global HR Centers of Excellence, acting as a connector and enabler across stakeholders.

 

 

How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Manage end‑to‑end delivery of global HR programs, projects and initiatives
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and success measures
  • Define and monitor KPIs to track progress and outcomes
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and execution issues
  • Drive mitigation plans and support resolution of roadblocks
  • Prepare clear, concise project status updates and leadership‑ready reporting
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders across regions to enable alignment and delivery

 

Your Skills and Experience

  • Solid experience in project or program management, ideally within HR, people initiatives, or organizational transformation
  • Experience working in global, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong execution mindset with ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and change
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate without direct authority
