The opportunity

As the HR Operations PMO, you will play a pivotal role in the People Services transformation journey. You’ll spend your day orchestrating global initiatives that elevate the function’s impact—such as leveraging People Services activities, implementing new technologies, expanding service responsibilities, and driving process optimization. You’ll work closely with local HR teams across countries to co-design and manage a unified transformation plan that aligns with strategic priorities. 

How you’ll spend your day

•    Plan and coordinate all activities related to the HR Operations transformation, ensuring timely execution of key deliverables
•    Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining country-specific activities while consolidating a global roadmap and outcomes
•    Collaborate with global HR COEs and local HR teams to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide HR processes
•    Facilitate communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across all stakeholders
•    Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth implementation 

Your experience and qualifications

•    Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering in complex, matrixed environments 
•    Deep understanding of HR processes and systems 
•    Strong systemic and process thinking with a focus on execution 
•    Proven ability to influence and engage a broad network of stakeholders 
•    Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills 
•    Experience managing cross-functional projects and leading data-driven decision-making 
•    Ability to proactively diagnose and solve complex problems while managing multiple initiatives 
•    Strong organizational skills and experience working with senior stakeholders 
•    Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet critical deadlines 
•    High proficiency in English (written and spoken) 
•    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred 
•    Role based in Tel Aviv
