Job Description

Global Engineering Segment Business partner will lead the GE interface with the different segment, bringing in the Segment point of view into the decision making, while implementing the global initiatives and process on the site level in parallel to Engineering capability build on site.

GE BP will be the POC for the segment leadership while lead the segment activity in asset and CapEx management, engineering process implementation, drive for COGS reduction via Energy management and Engineering quality implementation. GE BP will work close with the core knowledge teams in the GE (COE, technology lead and Design team) while cooperate and collaborate with the execution team working in his segment.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure full and effective implementation of all TEVA Engineering processes, standard, policies and best practices
  • Accountable for the GE processes and tools effectively implemented in his/her account
  • Accountable for Engineering Performance (KPI) & Capabilities in his/her key account
  • Accountable for all interactions with his/her key accounts (prioritization, business challenging, initial customer support and decision making).
  • Should fully understand all engineering organizations, capabilities, gaps, development plans etc.
  • Active participant in development/deployment of key engineering talent
  • Accountable for connecting the Center of excellence, SME and execution teams when needed
  • Accountable for being the focal point for flow of information, communication, resource usage and allocation
  • Conduct/facilitate robust and quantitative and qualitative CER reviews
  • Lead and manage Account CapEx plan and execution
  • Facilitate timely development of site/regional capital plans.
  • Lead site Master plans, based on business needs

Qualifications

  • Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Industrial)   and/or M.A / Msc. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Industrial)– Must
  • At least 15 years’ experience in complex global environment.
  • Engineering background.
  • Excellent understanding of global program management.
  • Large, complex, multi-level organizational interface experience – Must.
  • Global, multinational experience – an advantage.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical/chimical industry – an advantage
     Languages:
  • Fluent in English. Additional languages advantage.
