How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Leverage AI capabilities into FP&A work routines such as planning, consolidation review, variance analysis, narrative creation and to reduce manual efforts
  • Conduct and analyze Teva's spend base and operating expenses, building a managerial dashboard and creating reports which support decision-making, while presenting to senior management
  • Analyzing and monitoring the company’s Cost of Labor and headcount while highlighting significant trends and becoming an important and active member within the finance department
  • Leading the allocations process in various FP&A cycles throughout the year (estimate, annual operating plan)
  • Leading ongoing routines within the FP&A department with emphasis on optimization, efficiency and "out of the box" thinking
  • Work closely with our GBS team and manage their relevant deliverables
  • Ad-hoc support to various business and top management within the company
  • Establish and maintain new financial methods/models to ensure continuously quality and improved analysis
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while preparing quality and comprehensive data

Your Skills and Experience

  • 1-3 years of proven experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Accounting. MBA - advantage
  • Strong analytical mindset & skills, attention to details and bias for action
  • Strong team player with a track record of collaboration and influence
  • MS Excel and PowerPoint, Copilot, Claude experience and Skills – must
  • Familiarity with SAC (SAP Analytic Cloud) / BI tools - highly preferred 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at a senior level
  • Working abilities in a global environment with many interfaces
  • Demonstrated ability to understand the business needs and how financial choices impact their business.
