Our Team, Your Impact

The Executive Communications Lead provides day-to-day support for executive messaging across the company. The role works closely with GCA functions to help prepare clear, practical communications and craft compelling narratives that inspire employees, strengthen alignment, and reinforce the company’s strategic direction.  Key responsibilities include coordinating major leadership touchpoints, such as quarterly earnings communications, leadership meetings, strategic forums, and other recurring executive updates to ensure materials are organized, aligned, and delivered on time. The role also supports communication programs that help teams understand priorities, track progress, and stay connected to what leadership is driving across the organization. The position also helps maintain senior eader communities by managing meeting rhythms, providing clear guidance and materials, and keeping straightforward communication channels in place that support alignment and effective leader engagement. 

How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Support development and execute high impact communication strategies for senior executives across internal and external channels. 
  • Write, edit, and produce, scripts, presentations, talking points, and leadership messages. 
  • Support major internal leadership moments, including town halls, global updates, enterprise campaigns, and strategic announcements. 
  • Build and manage an integrated executive communications calendar aligned to business priorities. 
  • Translate complex business topics into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences. 
  • Design, launch, and maintain executive communities and engagement programs to strengthen leadership alignment, collaboration, and message cascades. 
  • Partner closely with Teva Strategy Office, HR, and Corporate Affairs Newsroom and Digital Operations to ensure narrative consistency across the organization. 
  • Monitor feedback and sentiment to continuously refine executive communication and engagement effectiveness. 
  • Support crisis or urgent communication needs with clarity and sensitivity

Your Skills and Experience

  • 8-10 years of communication roles experience in multinational companies 
  • Proven experience in executive or strategic communications within a global organization. 
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills. 
  • Ability to influence without authority 
  • Strong strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution ability. 
  • Experience developing leadership forums, communities, or engagement programs (preferred). 
  • Native English
