Our Team, Your Impact
The Enterprise Programs Communications Lead develops and executes communication strategies for large scale enterprise initiatives that impact employee engagement globally. This role ensures clear, consistent, and engaging communication around culture, capability building, modernization, and other enterprise programs.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Lead communications for enterprise programs, including modernization, capability building, culture initiatives, and orgwide transformations.
- Craft communication plans that help employees understand Teva's strategy and navigate change.
- Oversee internal news flow and channels content.
- Create toolkits, FAQs, cascade materials, and campaign content for global rollouts.
- Drive communication governance, cadence, and best practices across enterprise programs.
- Leverage analytics, feedback, and measurement tools to improve communications effectiveness.
- Work cross-functionally to support adoption of enterprise initiatives.
Your Skills and Experience
- 8-10 years of communication roles experience in multinational companies
- Experience in internal communications, HR communications, or employee engagement at a global scale.
- Strong ability to simplify complex programs into clear employee-friendly messaging.
- Background supporting major transformation or change programs.
- Ability to build and nurture engagement communities or champion networks.
- Strong collaboration, project management, and storytelling skills.
- in qualifications if the English/# years of experience/Icomms/Multinational etc should be added to either but in terms of the tasks it feels on point
- Native English
