The opportunity

This role is an integral part of the Global Supply Chain Transformation and Center of Practice and has 3 main areas of responsibility:

Manage a team of direct reports to focus on improving and supporting APO adoption within TGO and supporting the improvement of supply chain capabilities and metrics within TGO
Leading the Agile Flow program within Teva by focusing on designing and rolling out the approach at all sites within TGO
Be a focal point for key programs of work in GSC to ensure best-in-class practices are designed and implemented

How you’ll spend your day

  • Process Design & Continuous Improvement:  Provide SC best practices and collaborate with Global and Regional supply chain leaders to define future state best practices to support ‘at site’ and the connection with ‘above site’ planning processes
  • Core Supply Chain Planning Processes: Provide support to TGO sites for key supply planning processes (S&OP, RCCP, MPS, MRP, Detailed Scheduling), working with key GSC leaders and sites who will drive the programs
  • Agile Flow: Own and improve on the agile flow approach by building the relevant tools to support the assessment and on-site work required. Lead agile flow programs in TGO sites to deliver the improvements required to become demand driven
  • Lean Supply Chain: Develop lean supply chain methodology approach to support site improvement to drive waste out of planning processes within Teva; implementing key tools and KPIs to improve site planning; conduct VSMs at sites and also across product areas to identify E2E improvement opportunities
  • SAP Enterprise & Planning Platforms: Assess sites maturity level for both SAP and post SAP adoption whilst leveraging elements to ensure successful implementation across TGO
  • Project Management: Lead various projects under the SC Centre of Practice taking full ownership from launch of the project, delivery of key milestones and closing of the project

Your experience and qualifications


Education and Certifications:

  • Holds Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain or other related discipline
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in cross-functional/global scenarios in the areas of Supply Chain Planning (preferred) or Manufacturing Operations - MUST
  • APICS Certified / Trained in CPIM and/or CSCP – is an advantage
  • Lean &/or Six Sigma Certification – is an advantage
  • FMCG, Pharmaceutical &/or Chemical sector experience - Desirable



Experience / Knowledge/ Skills  Desired 

  • Very Strong Project Management Skills – MUST
  • People Leadership Skills - MUST
  • Strong knowledge and experience in SAP APO MUST , SAP IBP – advantage 
  • Demonstrated experience working globally,  with different cultures
  • Stakeholder management: experience in engaging non-direct-report stakeholders
  • High energy and enthusiasm to lead conflict resolution and team building
  • Challenges all personnel to perform at level that is higher than comfortable
  • Self-directed, and self-motivated
  • Displays confidence; can defend own perspective and support it with data
  • Detail oriented analytical and Problem Solving skills
  • Demonstrated effective communication and organizational (change management) skills 
  • Evidence of ability to teach, guide and mentor others and demonstrates leadership ability at different levels
  • Willingness to travel approx. 50% to support global activities in GSC if and when required
