The opportunity


Teva's Leadership and Organization development (L&OD) team is focused on envision, design, and deliver an overarching strategy, global programs, solutions, processes, and practices, to support Teva's Leadership Development and culture. We aim to continuously develop our leadership and OD approach and design state of the art solutions to ensure we have outstanding leaders who can drive us forward.
The role of the Global OD Lead is aimed at designing and implementing global initiatives, processes, and solutions to promote business excellence alongside with acting as an OD partner to different business units, supporting HR and leaders with designing and leading OD practices and solutions per need. 
This role requires a global mindset, bringing new content and best practices into our the OD arena while also designing global and local practices and interventions per need, passion for designing content based on research and ability to work in full collaboration. 

How you’ll spend your day

  • Design, develop and implement global OD solutions and programs for targeted populations within Teva. 
  • Design solutions to support upskilling of specific capabilities in focus related to the Leadership Principles.
  • Support different business units needs for OD practices and solutions from design to implementation. Work closely with the HR teams who support the business to identify the needs and gaps and then design a relevant solution in collaboration, support / lead the implementation where needed. 
  • Design, lead, and facilitate global OD solutions accordingly.
  • Partner with Talent management Business Partner, HR business partners and business leaders to promote global and local OD solutions, collect feedback and lead change management processes.
  • Introduce OD solutions and Facilitate programs for both HR and managers. 

Your experience and qualifications

  • Strong OD professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in global organizations
  • Vast experience in the OD arena:  familiarity with leading OD practices and solutions (coming both from best practices and literature)
  • Ability to build OD frameworks, approaches, solutions from scratch with proven experience in converting the needs and concepts into OD and leadership practices and solutions.  
  • Being able to zoom into details, while leading at an enterprise level with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with and influencing HR leads.
  • Experience in a global organization. 
  • A great team player being able to work in collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills
