Our Team, Your Impact

Teva Corporate FP&A is seeking for a highly motivated and experienced FP&A Lead to act as a business partner to several commercial region. This role will play a key part in leading planning and forecasting processes, driving financial insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial expertise with business acumen and a collaborative mindset

How You’ll Spend Your Day

Acting as a strong business partner to commercial finance leaders and providing clear guidance and consultation on financial matters
Constantly building your business acumen with all relevant partners also outside the finance organization (such as Commercial, Operations, R&D and IT)
Lead one of the planning / estimates cycles as part of Teva's financial processes
Leverage IBP systems to challenge markets trends and assumptions
Leverage AI capabilities into FP&A work routines such as planning, consolidation review, variance analysis, narrative creation and to reduce manual efforts
Provide in-depth financial analysis and business insights to support strategic decision-making at the senior management and Board of Directors level
Standardize and streamline forecasting processes with clear methodology across all units
Leading ongoing routines within the FP&A department with emphasis on optimization, efficiency and "out of the box" thinking
Work closely with our GBS team and manage their relevant deliverables
Support KPIs definition and measurements to track the performance of Teva's BU's
Support implementation of new systems across Teva's business units
Support ad hoc requests by management for analyzes as part of Corporate FP&A routines
Operating in a complex, challenging environment with limited supervision where new solutions need to be created every day

Your Skills and Experience

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance and/or accounting is a must; an advanced degree (MBA, MSc, CPA) would be an advantage
A minimum of 10 years experience in financial fields is required, with at least 5 years of track record as FP&A professional, preferably in a multinational organization or pharmaceutical environment
Proven leadership and matrix managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives
A strong understanding of corporate finance daily work and routines
Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Ability to manage pressure/deadlines and multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
Strong team player with track record of collaboration and influence
Self learner with independent solving problem approach who constantly seek for ways to improve
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
Company/Industry knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial preferred
MS Excel and Power-Point Skills – must
Familiarity with SAC (SAP Analytic Cloud) / BI tools - highly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at a senior level both internally and externally
