Our Team, Your Impact

Teva Corporate FP&A is seeking for a highly motivated and experienced FP&A Lead to act as a business partner to several commercial region. This role will play a key part in leading planning and forecasting processes, driving financial insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial expertise with business acumen and a collaborative mindset

How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Acting as a strong business partner to commercial finance leaders and providing clear guidance and consultation on financial matters
  • Constantly building your business acumen with all relevant partners also outside the finance organization (such as Commercial, Operations, R&D and IT)
  • Lead one of the planning / estimates cycles as part of Teva's financial processes
  • Leverage IBP systems to challenge markets trends and assumptions
  • Leverage AI capabilities into FP&A work routines such as planning, consolidation review, variance analysis, narrative creation and to reduce manual efforts
  • Provide in-depth financial analysis and business insights to support strategic decision-making at the senior management and Board of Directors level
  • Standardize and streamline forecasting processes with clear methodology across all units
  • Leading ongoing routines within the FP&A department with emphasis on optimization, efficiency and "out of the box" thinking
  • Work closely with our GBS team and manage their relevant deliverables
  • Support KPIs definition and measurements to track the performance of Teva's BU's
  • Support implementation of new systems across Teva's business units
  • Support ad hoc requests by management for analyzes as part of Corporate FP&A routines
  • Operating in a complex, challenging environment with limited supervision where new solutions need to be created every day

Your Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance and/or accounting is a must; an advanced degree (MBA, MSc, CPA) would be an advantage
  • A minimum of 10 years experience in financial fields is required, with at least 5 years of track record as FP&A professional, preferably in a multinational organization or pharmaceutical environment
  • Proven leadership and matrix managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives
  • A strong understanding of corporate finance daily work and routines
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage pressure/deadlines and multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with track record of collaboration and influence
  • Self learner with independent solving problem approach who constantly seek for ways to improve
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
  • Company/Industry knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial preferred
  • MS Excel and Power-Point Skills – must
  • Familiarity with SAC (SAP Analytic Cloud) / BI tools - highly preferred 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at a senior level both internally and externally
