Our Team, Your Impact

Teva is looking for a corporate development Director to support the company's strategy and lead business development processes, including acquisitions, divestments, strategic partnerships, and in-licensing and out-licensing of products and technologies.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Lead and analyze business development efforts such as product/portfolio acquisitions and/or in-licensing, partnerships, collaborations and acquisitions or divestments of businesses in the pharma industry.
  • Manage due diligence processes and lead broad and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Reviewing and Building complex financial models to evaluate potential acquisition targets and/or in-licensing opportunities.
  • Leading Negotiations of term-sheets and definitive agreements of business development transactions.
  • Prepare and be accountable for materials (presentation, reports) presented to  C-level management.
  • Build complex financial models to evaluate potential acquisition targets and/or in-licensing opportunities 

 

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics or legal (having an additional life science degree is an advantage)
  • Master's Degree in Economics or Business Administration (an advantage)
  • 3-5 years of corporate development experience, including leading transactions (investment banking or a business development unit of a large company).
  • Pharma industry experience is an advantage
  • Strong analytical & presentation skills
  • High communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
