The opportunity

Teva Corporate FP&A is seeking a highly motivated and experienced FP&A Lead to act as a business partner to the commercial. This role will play a key part in leading planning and forecasting processes, driving financial insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial expertise with business acumen and a collaborative mindset

How you’ll spend your day

•    Acting as a strong business partner to commercial finance leaders by understanding their needs and providing clear guidance and consultation on financial matters
•    Constantly building your business acumen with all our partners also outside the finance organization (such as Commercial, Operations, R&D and IT)
•    Lead several planning / estimates cycles as part of the financial processes
•    Provide in-depth financial analysis and business insights to support strategic decision-making at the senior management and Board of Directors level
•    Standardize and streamline forecasting processes with clear methodology across all sites and BU’s
•    Leading ongoing routines within the FP&A department with emphasis on optimization, efficiency and "out of the box" thinking
•    Support KPIs definition and measurements to track the performance of Teva's BU's
•    Support implementation of new systems across Teva's business units
•    Support ad-hoc requests by management for analysis as part of Corporate FP&A routines
•    Operating in a complex, challenging environment with limited supervision where new solutions need to be created every day

Your experience and qualifications

•    A minimum of a bachelor's degree in economics, finance and/or accounting is a must; an advanced degree (MBA, MSc, CPA) would be an advantage
•    A minimum of 10 years' experience in the financial fields is required, with at least 5 years of track record as FP&A professional, preferably in a multinational organization or pharmaceutical environment
•    Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives 
•    A strong understanding of corporate finance daily work and routines
•    Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
•    Ability to manage pressure/deadlines and multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
•    Strong Team player with track record of collaboration and influence 
•    Self-learner with independent solving problem approach who constantly seek for ways to improve
•    Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
•    Company/Industry knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial preferred
•    MS Excel and Power-Point Skills – must
•    Familiarity with SAC (SAP Analytic Cloud) / BI tools - highly preferred 
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at a senior level both internally and externally
