We Are Teva
Our Team, Your Impact
The Digital Workforce Center of Excellence (CoE) sits within DADAI, Teva’s enterprise engine for Digital, Data, and AI. The CoE owns employee‑facing digital and AI capabilities—including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Generative AI—and ensures they are governed, adopted, and used to deliver measurable business value.
As Director, AI Literacy & Digital Capability, you will lead Teva’s enterprise AI literacy and digital capability program, enabling executives and employees to confidently and responsibly use AI to improve productivity, decision‑making, and innovation at scale.
This role combines strategic capability leadership, hands‑on digital and AI fluency, large‑scale program management, and vendor orchestration.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
AI Literacy & Capability Leadership
Define and lead Teva’s AI literacy strategy, moving the organization from awareness to practical, role‑based fluency.
Design tiered learning journeys that translate AI and digital capabilities into clear business use cases and everyday ways of working.
Drive adoption and change by reducing tech anxiety and building confidence in responsible AI usage.
Enterprise Program Management
Own the end‑to‑end program management of multiple AI literacy and digital capability initiatives running in parallel across regions, personas, and business units.
Establish clear governance, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics to ensure delivery at enterprise scale.
Act as the central orchestrator across CoEs, HR, business stakeholders, and external partners.
Digital & AI Fluency (Lead by Example)
Serve as a power user of AI‑enabled productivity tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Platform.
Maintain strong technical fluency across Generative AI, data platforms, automation, and digital workplace ecosystems.
Translate complex technical capabilities into practical, Teva‑ready guidance and standards.
Integration, Value & Partners
Sit at the intersection of the Digital, Data, and AI CoEs, aligning roadmaps into a coherent literacy and adoption narrative.
