The opportunity

Global responsibility for the security of Teva Assets and People Protection against security-related risks. Develop the global strategies, requirements, directives and awareness initiatives.

This role ensures a safe and secure environment across all business activities through risk assessment, incident prevention, and timely response to security threats or emergencies.

Acts as a key liaison between global security and relevant corporate functions to protect the company’s people, property, and reputation.

How you’ll spend your day

  1. Serve as the lead subject matter expert on Assets and People Security.
  2. Guide, train and educate the GCS team in its areas of responsibility.
  3. Develop, implement, and maintain global security standards and requirements to mitigate physical security risks.
  4. Approve and promote the use of security technologies, defining, evaluating, and introducing new and existing security systems to enhance protection and operational efficiency – local and global.
  5. Oversee the event and travel security program and define incident response strategies.
  6. Define and oversee training and awareness for the local security management and employees outside Teva assets.
  7. Manage and coordinate GCS global audit program and Enablon system administrator.
  8. Gathering and analyzing data to create metrics that support positive change and continuous improvement recommendations.
  9. Support with developing and maintaining GCS comprehensive strategic global risk assessment framework, ensuring that security risks are identified, evaluated, and mitigated.
  10. Define ad-hoc response to mitigate physical threats or potential threats to people or assets.
  11. Manage and coordinate GCS Lifecycle process and AOP.
  12. Prepare relevant presentations, reports and other supporting materials, Support GCS team in ad-hock missions

 

Your experience and qualifications

  1. Fluent English oral\writing communications skills
  2. Excellent in Office applications (Excel, P.P &Word, etc.)  
  3. Strong commitment to self-learning with the ability to quickly acquire new skills to adapt quickly and contribute effectively.
  4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  5. prepare concise, well-organized documents and effectively engage with all levels of Teva’s organization, business partners, and law enforcement.
  6. Strong time management abilities and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
  7. Ability to lead and motivate colleagues without direct authority, build strong working relationships, and provide both support and constructive feedback to peers.
  8. Ability and acceptance to work on-site only.
