The opportunity

You will develop communication plans around employer brand and HR related topics as well as write the content of these plans.  

You will develop messaging around people and culture topics. 

You will create content, for employees and candidates, to be shared on various internal and external channels, such as: Intranet, newsletters, social media, career site etc

How you’ll spend your day

  • Develops and executes HR communication strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Manages content creation and distribution across multiple channels.
  • Partners with HR leaders on employee communication.
  • Writes and edits HR-related content.
  • Supports EVP campaigns and manager communication.
  • Manages internal and external communication platforms.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Native English speaker
  • Proven experience in communication and communication planning
  • Strong background in large, complex global organizations
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Copywriting and content development expertise
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Social media savvy with strong writing skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadline
