The opportunity

Teva Global Operations (TGO) is looking for an experienced L&D expert, who will contribute to global Transformation office activities and processes, as well as develop & execute our organizational Professional Learning programs per the changing business needs. 
The TGO L&D Associate Director will work on HR activities including succession planning, L&D initiatives and solutions that will impact across the TGO business. 
Responsible for designing, developing and executing upon the global Professional Learning strategy aimed to enhance technical training effectiveness in the sites. Enabling the consistency and alignment with TGO strategy and business needs. 

How you’ll spend your day

  • Developing, executing and contributing to TGO Transformation office learning activities and processes, to impact overall TGO Capabilities Building and enhance TGO consistent knowledge and efficiency (i.e OpEx capabilities, Modernization). 
  • Designing, developing and implementing unique L&D programs, in alignment with TGO HR Leadership Team and Global L&OD.
  • Define and develop Technical Learning frameworks and process to address the business needs. Set objectives, scope, guidelines and routines for comprehensive Technical Learning Leads across TGO.
  • Design an execution mechanism to ensure local sites implement and leverage global learning strategy, tools and methods to enhance learning effectiveness and consistency. 
  • Educate and provide ongoing professional consulting to the technical learning leads to enhance site professional capabilities building.
  • Support the establishment of communities of practice for the TGO functions to share knowledge and best practice between sites and global functions, including establishing COP for TGO Technical Learning Leads
  • Manage global resources, including working with both internal employees/SMEs and vendors to develop and execute global programs.
  • Keep abreast of L&D trends and best practices.
  • Provide consultative services to the segment level and site level.
  • The TGO L&D Associate Director will not be responsible for any technical learning content, but for the learning methodologies to ensure effective learning.

Your experience and qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the L&D field for a global company.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high quality L&D solutions. 
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field (advantage).
  • Experience with operational organizations. Should be familiar with needs of shop-floor employees.
  • Experience in change management, culture assimilation, leadership development and succession planning. 
  • Strategic and creative mindset.
  • Excellent team player with strong leadership skills.
  • Must be detail oriented and have strong project management skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to breakdown business problems and create programs that align to business goals
  • Excellent English (speaking and writing) skills
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work across groups and geographies
  • Familiar with traditional as well as innovative learning processes and methods.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to design, develop and deliver fully executed global L&D programs 
  • Experience working with Learning Management System (Success Factors LMS, an advantage)
