Teva Corporate FP&A is seeking for a highly motivated and experienced FP&A member to act as a business partner to one of the business units. This role will play a key part in planning and forecasting processes, driving financial insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial expertise with business acumen and a collaborative mindset
How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Acting as a strong business partner to one of the BU's and providing clear guidance and consultation on financial matters
- Constantly building your business acumen with all relevant partners also outside the finance organization (such as Commercial, Operations, R&D and IT)
- Leverage IBP systems to challenge markets trends and assumptions
- Leverage AI capabilities into FP&A work routines such as planning, consolidation review, variance analysis, narrative creation and to reduce manual efforts
- Provide in-depth financial analysis and business insights to support strategic decision-making at the senior management and Board of Directors level
- Be part of ongoing routines within the FP&A department with emphasis on optimization, efficiency and "out of the box" thinking
- Work closely with our GBS team and manage their relevant deliverables
- Support KPIs definition and measurements to track the performance of Teva's BU's
- Support implementation of new systems across Teva's business units
- Support several initiatives and ad hoc requests by management
- Operating in a complex, challenging environment where new solutions need to be created
Your Skills and Experience
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance and/or accounting is a must; an advanced degree (MBA, MSc, CPA) would be an advantage
- A minimum of 5 - 7 years experience in financial fields is required, with at least 2 years of track record as FP&A professional, preferably in a multinational organization or pharmaceutical environment
- Proven experience in managing projects of cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives
- A strong understanding of corporate finance daily work and routines
- Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to manage pressure/deadlines and multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with track record of collaboration and influence
- Self learner with independent solving problem approach who constantly seek for ways to improve
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
- Company/Industry knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial preferred
- MS Excel and Power-Point Skills – must
- Familiarity with SAC (SAP Analytic Cloud) / BI tools - highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English at a senior level both internally and externally
